Billing Policies

General information

We accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.

All online orders will be processed through Paypal.

Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

The product price will be as quoted on our site in AED.

Any changes in prices will not affect open confirmed orders. Orders will be deemed confirmed once they have been dispatched and a confirmation email has been received by the customer.

Shipping policies

General information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount, using the original method of payment.

Delivery locations

Items offered on our website are delivered to the billing address of the buyer. However, we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.

Delivery time

We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order as soon as possible. Please allow up to twenty-four hours after order placement for credit card approval and warehouse processing.

Estimated shipping and delivery times are 3 to 5 days. We do our best to provide you with accurate shipping and delivery times on all our products, but please note that these times are estimates only. These estimates are not a guarantee and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Furthermore, delivery time is subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within

14 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays.

Products may also be delivered in separate shipments if required by customer or if one product will become available in stock at a later date. Please refer to out of stock products for further information in this regard.

Your shipping confirmation email will contain a tracking number for your use. Please note that it may take up to twenty-four hours from the time an item is shipped to the time information is available for viewing on the carrier’s website.

Out of stock Items

While we make every effort to keep only products in stock available on the website, occasionally we are sold out of a certain watch model before we are able to update the website. If we are out of stock on a watch you have ordered, we will update you with an email and give you the option to proceed and keep the order in place till the product is made available or cancel it. Any charges already made will be reversed should you choose to cancel order on an out of stock item.

Modifications and Cancellations

If you ordered the incorrect product or the wrong quantity of products, or if you want to use a different credit card, please contact us to modify/cancel your order. This can be done by sending us a request on info@swisseastern.com or call on  +9716 5373191 .

Please note, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Damaged Items in Transport
