We are here to help if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. You have the right to cancel your order or return a product without giving any reasons within fourteen calendar days from the date you receive your purchase.
To be eligible for a return the product must be in its original packaging, unused and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if these conditions aren’t met.
To return an item please follow these steps:
Step 1: Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order ID and your intent for a return. If the item is damaged or faulty, be sure to let us know clearly. The order ID will be in your confirmation email at the time the item is dispatched and will also be on the order summary page with your purchase.
Step 2: Unpeel the returns label on your order summary and stick it over the original address label on the packaging.
Step 3: Repack the item with the order summary in the original packaging. We need the order summary to process your return. No refund will be given without a receipt, dispatch note or other proof of purchase so please remember to include it.
Step 4: Securely seal the parcel using an adhesive strip on the original packaging. If your box or bag is damaged and can’t be reused please pack your items securely in alternative packaging.

In the case of a return, the customer pays for the shipping costs. Under exceptional circumstances such as an incorrect item, a damaged item or a defective item we will refund your return costs.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please note your refund request will be processed instantly upon receipt of parcel. However, it may take ,Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed for it to display on your payment card statement.

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
If your item was purchased at an offer price, your refund will be based on that promotional price. For instance:
Buy one get one free promotion: If you were to return only one of the items you will receive no refund. If you return both items you will receive a full refund.
Buy one get one half price promotion: If you were to return only one of the items you will receive only the refund for the half price item. If you return both items you will receive a full refund.
Linked saving offer: You must return both items to get a full refund. For example, you buy a watch for AED250 and get another watch worth AED150 for free. If you only return the first watch you will be refunded AED100 to cover the price of the second watch as you no longer qualify for the offer.
Multi-buy offer: If you were to return part of this order then you will have the saving deducted from your refund as you no longer qualify for the offer. For example, if you buy 3 watches at AED150 each for AED350 only and you return one only AED50 will be refunded as the original AED150 for the others will apply once the offer becomes null and void.
If you return an item that is included in a promotion, we will deduct the discounted value from the first item returned from that order.
If you return an item that was included in a bundle promotion (e.g. 2 classics and a chronograph), we will apportion the discount across each product included in the order and you will only be refunded the amount linked to that item.
Don’t worry, nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights in respect to faulty and damaged goods.
